2024 President Federation Cup: El-Kanemi Warriors gaffer eyes glory

El-Kanemi Warriors head coach, Aliyu Zubairu, is eyeing glory in the President Federation Cup Final against Abia Warriors at the Mobolaji Johnson Arena, Onikan, on Saturday, June 29.
The Maiduguri giants secured their place in the final by defeating Kebbi United 5-4 in the semifinal.
Zubairu attributed the team’s growth this season to their commitment and focus on success.
He is determined to win the trophy for the people of Borno state.
“Hard work has been our mainstay. We are here, and we are determined to wrest the title,” Zubairu was quoted by the NFF
“We have had some days to rest, and we are going to work hard to deliver the trophy to our number one supporter, Governor Babagana Umara Zulum.”
The winner between El-Kanemi Warriors and Abia Warriors will secure the remaining slot for Nigeria in the next CAF Confederations Cup.
