Salah, the Egyptian star was ranked ahead of Nigerian legends Austin Jay Jay Okocha and Kanu Nwankwo in a top five African players of all-time list while there was no room for Mikel Obi.
The list compiled by Toure had Mo Salah in second position but Toure would later change his mind to accommodate his compatriot by moving the Egyptian forward to third with Didier Drogba taking his spot.
