Chidozie Awaziem thrilled to join FC Cincinnati

Nigerian international Chidozie Awaziem is excited to advance his career with FC Cincinnati after completing his move from Boavista.
The Super Eagles defender has joined the Major League Soccer (MLS) side in an undisclosed deal and has quickly acclimated to his new environment.
Awaziem expressed his enthusiasm for the move, citing his admiration for Cincinnati’s passionate fan base and his motivation to be part of the team.
“It’s been a wonderful time with Cincinnati. I see the love the fans and everybody has for soccer,” Awaziem told Cincinnati’s media.
“I followed all the games Cincinnati played, and this motivated me a lot to be part of this team and experience what it’s like to represent this amazing club.”
The 27-year-old defender contributed one assist in 24 appearances for Boavista last season and is now eager to make his mark in the MLS.
