Rumour Mills: Kenneth Omeruo considers Middle East move After Kasimpasa exit

By Dayo Awoniyi

Super Eagles defender Kenneth Omeruo has officially parted ways with Kasimpasa, ending his third stint with the Turkish Super Lig side.

The 31-year-old Nigerian international mutually terminated his contract, opening the door to new opportunities.

Omeruo’s departure was likely prompted by his limited playing time this season, having made just five appearances for Kasimpasa, with injuries playing a significant role in his reduced involvement.

As Omeruo looks ahead, he is reportedly weighing offers from top Middle Eastern clubs, particularly in Saudi Arabia and Qatar, where lucrative deals are on the table.

With over 50 caps for the Super Eagles, Omeruo’s wealth of experience makes him an attractive option for clubs in need of a seasoned defender.

Nigerian football fans will be monitoring his next move as he looks to keep his national team spot alive for the Africa Cup of Nations.
