Ciccio Graziani: Former Roma forward reveals Victor Osimhen admiration

Encomiums continue to come in for Super Eagles forward, Victor Osimhen from former Italian Serie A stars and former AS Roma forward Ciccio Graziani has showered encomiums on the former LOSC Lille player.

The Nigeria striker has shown his mettle as the best forward in the top-flight Italian football league with his goal-scoring form this season and is the current top goal scorer in the Italian Serie A with nine goals and two assists in eleven games this season ahead of Bologna’s Marko Arnautovic.

Several ex-Italian forwards like Roma legend Francesco Totti expressed their admiration for Osimhen and adjudged him the best marksman in Italy and Graziani has now joined the array of admirers for the former Charleroi player.

“He is the top scorer in Serie A, he scores goals in every game,” Graziani, who won the 1982 World Cup with Italy told TuttoNapoli.

“Maybe it won’t be beautiful to see but he’s effective. The highest performance in the entire league and it’s the one that affects the most, so for me, he’s my player in Serie A at the moment.”

With the goal-scoring input from Osimhen, Napoli tops the league table with 41 points after 15 games, eight points ahead of the holders, AC Milan.
