I’m not aware of any management ultimatum, says Wikki Tourist coach Kabiru Dogo

Technical Adviser of Wikki Tourists, Kabiru Dogo has said he was not aware of any ultimatum from the management following a 0-0 draw with Doma United in the Nigeria Premier Football League encounter on Sunday.

The draw means the Bauchi based outfit remain without a win in four consecutive league encounter this season and the management have issued an two-match ultimatum to the Dogo led technical crew.

Dogo joined Wikki Tourist from Lobi Stars on August 31, 2021 on a two-year deal as the former Nasarawa United and ABS coach was engaged to lead the Bauchi based club to a topflight success.

When asked about the ultimatum issued to his crew, the former  Lobi Stars gaffer offers his own side of the story, stressing that he was never the problem of the club let alone of its poor run of form.

“I am not aware of any ultimatum as I am talking to you, I am never the problem at Wikki Tourists,” Dogo told media.

“The team’s poor form isn’t a technical related issue. The letter should had been sent to me personally but that was never the case, I only knew about this development from friends and family members who were calling me to confirm.”
