The Nigeria’s senior men’s national team’s Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) 2025 preparations continue today as players and officials are set to depart Cairo, Egypt, for Fez, Morocco at midday.
Upon arrival in Morocco, the team is scheduled to hold a training session at approximately 6pm local time, as preparations intensify ahead of Nigeria’s fixtures at the Africa Cup of Nations.
The move to Fez marks the next phase of camp activities, with the technical crew expected to focus on tactical shape, match readiness, and acclimatisation ahead of the tournament proper.
The three time African champions will face Tunisia, Uganda, and Tanzania in Group C.

Currently, Samuel also serves as the spokesman for the Nigeria Women Football League, further solidifying his influence and dedication to the growth of women's football in Africa.
