CAF Confederation Cup PlayOffs: NPFL teams’ opponents to land via chartered flight

The Nigeria clubs’ opponents, Al Akhdar and Al Nasr will touch down in the country from Benghazi aboard the same chartered aircraft for the first leg of the CAF Confederation Cup play-off.
The first leg of the CAF Confederation Cup Playoffs involving the four teams are billed for November 2.
Plateau United will take on Al Akhdar FC at the Moshood Abiola National Stadium, Abuja while Rivers United square up with Al Nasr FC at the Adokiye Amiesimaka Stadium, Port Harcourt.
Nigeriafootball.ng also gathered that when top Libyan Embassy staff in Nigeria paid a courtesy call at the Nigeria Football Federation (NFF) on Tuesday.
Both Al Akhdar and Al Nasr are ruminating over flying into Nigeria this weekend aboard the same chartered aircraft, which will drop the Al Akhdar delegation in Abuja before proceeding to Port Harcourt with the Al Nasr group.
The second leg will take place on Wednesday, 9th November in Benghazi, as the winners of the CAF Confederation Cup playoffs are guaranteed spots in the money-spinning group stage of the competition.
