CAFCC: Monday Odigie assures Bendel Insurance fans of victory against RS Berkane

Head Coach of Insurance FC, Monday Odigie has promised the club’s fans of his team readiness to go all the way to secure group stage ticket against FS Berkane in the final qualifying round of CAF Confederation Cup.

The Benin Arsenals were paired against the 2022 champions after their spirited performance to edge out Algerian ASO Chlef in the first qualifying round with 4-3 on penalties after both legs ended 1-0 in favor of both sides.

Odigie who spoke when his team was hosted by Edo State Government for the heroic performance against the Algerian side on the continent, pledged that his side would be ready to give it all against the Moroccans.

“We are very grateful to you for the support you have given to the team since you came in as governor of Edo State,” the tactician told media on team’s return to Benin City.

“The boys will continue to give their very best to justify the huge investments and attention you have given to the team. We pray God continues to lead us to better performances as we have done.”

Governor Godwin Obaseki commended Insurance for their outstanding performance against ASO Chlef just as he assured them of sustained support to do the state proud every stage.
