Danny Murphy advises Kelechi Iheanacho to quit Leicester City for Everton

Former Liverpool midfielder Danny Murphy believes a move away from Leicester City would be the best for Nigeria international Kelechi Iheanacho who has lately been struggling for playing time.
The 26-year-old the has been advised by Murphy to quit Leicester City to join his compatriot Alex Iwobi at Everton despite the club struggling to avoid relegation.
“He would do well for Everton. You leave him up there, get the ball to him and he’ll get you goals,” Murphy told talkSPORT, as per HITC.
The Nigeria international has been behind Patson Daka and Jamie Vardy in selection option as he made just one start for the Foxes this season.
Iheanacho remain the first and only player in the Premier League history to score on all seven days of the week in the same season, and Murphy believes he can still bang in goals.
“I think he has got to play more,” Murphy added.
“I like Iheanacho. Iheanacho gets goals. I know he’s a bit unorthodox in the way he plays but he gets goals,” he concluded.
