Danny Nazzal reveals targets for Dannaz Ladies ahead of NWFL Premiership season

Founder of Dannaz Ladies, Danny Nazzal has revealed the club’s targets in the Nigeria Women Football League (NWFL) Premiership.

The Cedars will be making their precious debut in the prestigious topflight in Nigeria in the 2023/2024 season.

The NWFL board member has set an agenda of making Lagos State proud, maintain their status in their debut NWFL Premiership campaign and challenge, setting a two-year target for the Premiership title.

“We want to make Lagos proud. We want to make Lagos girls proud, Nigerian girls proud,” Danny told the Press.

“We want to try our best to not only stay in the Premier League but also qualify for the NPFL Super Six. That’s the first step for this season, and our next step is the season after we try and win the Premier League.”

The NWFL Premiership for the 2023/2024 season have been fixed to kickoff on November 15.

Dannaz Ladies will travel to face Confluence Queens in their first game of the league campaign.
