Ebere Orji scores as Sundsvall record second win of the season

Nigeria forward, Ebere Orji came off the bench to score a goal to inspire Sundsvall DFF to a 3-1 win over Bollstanäs SK in the Swedish Elitettan match on Saturday.
Sundsvall had recorded a win in the league after ten games leading to the encounter, leaving in a troubling position.
With the first chance in the opening minute, Molly Wiklander opened the scoring for the hosts.
However, Bollstanas were undaunted by the goal and responded five minutes later with the equalizer from Lisa Palm.
Hannah Melarti restored Sundsvall’s lead later on in the 66th minutes before the introduction of Orji.
Orji replaced Tilda Wärulf in the 75th minute and guaranteed her side’s triumph with four minutes later.
Despite the win, Sundsvall DFF occupy the bottom of the table with six points after 11 games, six points below safety.
The team continues its push to beat the drop against Gamla Upsala on Thursday, June 22, 2023.
