Edo Queens GM Rollanson Odeh donates to 2025 Soccer Queens Awards

By Oyediji Oluwaseun Babatunde

The General Manager of Edo Queens, Rollanson Odeh, has made a cash donation in support of the 2025 Soccer Queens Awards.

According to the award organisers, Odeh’s contribution adds to the growing list of supporters backing this year’s edition of the prestigious event.

The former head coach of Crown FC and Edo Queens joins a notable group of donors that includes Super Falcons captain Rasheedat Ajibade, who made a cash donation through her foundation earlier this week, and her national teammate Gift Monday, who also contributed to the initiative.

Now in its third edition, the Soccer Queens Awards aim to recognise and reward outstanding players and officials in the Nigeria Women Football League (NWFL) across its three tiers — Premiership, Championship, and Nationwide.

The 2025 ceremony is scheduled to take place on Saturday, November 15, in Benin City, the Edo State capital.

The organisers of the award also expect more donations ahead of the fast approaching event on Saturday.
