By Oyediji Oluwaseun Babatunde

Nigeria forward Emueje Ogbiagbevha played a decisive role as Dinamo Minsk secured a 2–1 win over Vllaznia in the second qualifying round of the 2025/26 UEFA Women’s Champions League on Wednesday.

At the Loro Borici Stadium, Lia Tikhomirova opened the scoring for the Belarusian champions in the 44th minute.

Shortly after the restart, Ogbiagbevha teed up Anna Pilipenko, who doubled the lead in the 54th minute.

Although Arbiona Bajraktari pulled one back for the Albanian side, Minsk held firm to seal their progression to the next round of the qualifiers.

Ogbiagbevha — a former UEFA Women’s Champions League top scorer — will look to power her side all the way to the group stage of this year’s competition.
