Fans react as Nigeria superstar Asisat Oshoala slams online bambiala

Barcelona striker, Asisat Oshoala has issued a stern warning on social media, urging individuals flooding her inbox with financial requests to desist from such actions.
The former Arsenal and Liverpool star popularly known as ‘Agba Baller’ has highlighted some of the alms she wouldn’t accept from fans seeking her help.
In a cautionary message shared on her Snapchat account, Oshoala expressed her dissatisfaction with the rising volume of unnecessary direct messages (DMs) she receives, while urging individuals to exercise common sense and set their priorities right.
“While I enjoy having fun here, there are certain things that should be common sense” she said.
“I help a lot of people here, but there are situations I won’t condone or support, such as ‘MY WIFE JUST GAVE BIRTH,’ ‘I WANT TO HAVE A WEDDING,’ and so on. Use your common sense. Set your priorities right!!”
This steered reactions from her followers, with some agreeing with her stance, while others feel they are entitled to her money as she is a national treasure.
“I love this, she has drawn the line now. Why would you be begging for wedding money,” @omo_onipako commented.
Another user, @d3estiiny said, “Nothing annoys me more than “my wife just born”, you think I don’t like to have kids too?”
“This kind of neck pressing requests for money from someone working hard to earn money can be so frustrating and stressful,” @Teesaids added.
@anonymous however chooses to be the black sheep with an opinion different from others; “you are a star and should be generous to your fans.”
