Fidelis Ilechukwu: Enugu Rangers’ coach dedicates season award to fans

Technical Adviser of Enugu Rangers, Fidelis Ilechukwu has dedicated his Nigeria Premier Football League, NPFL Coach of the Season Award to his fans and well wishers. 

Ilechukwu guided the Flying Antelopes to win their eighth NPFL title last season and was also handed a sum of One Million Naira for his achievement by the NPFL board. 

While expressing his delight to be decorated with the award, the former Plateau United and MFM FC gaffer said the award is a call for more success ahead of the new season.

“I want to dedicate this award to Dr Daniel Olukoya, Enugu State Governor, Peter Mbah, Commissioner for Youth and Sports Development, Lloyd Ekweremadu, General Manager of Rangers, Amobi Ezeaku, the management of Rangers, my players, my family and all the supporters club members and fans of Rangers International across the globe and the media.

“Thank you so much for believing in me. Without your support, this award will not come through. It is a call for us to do more at Rangers.”

Ilechukwu is currently preparing Rangers for their CAF Champions League preliminary round tie against US Zilimadjou of Comoros.
