Flourish Sabastine scores as Fenerbahçe thrash Çekmeköy

Flourish Sabastine was among the scorers as Turkish giants Fenerbahçe recorded a dominant 5–0 victory over Çekmeköy in the Turkish Women’s Super League on Sunday.

A superb hat-trick from Andrea Stašková powered the league leaders to another comprehensive win. The Czech forward opened the scoring just two minutes into the match, doubled the advantage in the 52nd minute, and completed her hat-trick three minutes later.

Sabastine added the fourth goal in the 76th minute, continuing her fine form this season. In added time, Elena Gracinda Santos sealed the emphatic win with Fenerbahçe’s fifth of the day.

Sabastine has now scored six goals in the league this campaign.

Fenerbahçe remain top of the table with a perfect 30 points from 10 matches—three points ahead of rivals Galatasaray, who have a game in hand.

After the international break, the two sides will face off in a highly anticipated top-of-the-table clash on December 7, 2025.
