Frank Onyeka’s assist downs Nottingham Forest at Brentford

Frank Onyeka provided a late assist to hand Brentford a 2-1 win against Nottingham Forest in an English Premier League encounter at the Gtech Community Stadium, London.
Brentford came from a goal down to kill off Nottingham Forest in the keenly contested game as the race to avoid relegation heats up.
Danilo gave Forest the lead in the game as Brentford struggled to make an impression in the encounter.
The introduction of Onyeka in less than 20 minutes to the end of the game gave the Bees more creativity and bite in the final third.
In the 85th minute, Brentford were brought back on level terms with a fantastic freekick scored by Ivan Toney.
Super Eagles midfielder, Onyeka turned provider in the additional minutes of the game as he provided an assist that was tucked into the back of the net by Josh Dasilva.
Marking his second start of the league this season, Onyeka provided the winner after a lengthy Video Assistant Referee (VAR) review.
The Bees chances of playing in Europe next season got a major upliftment with the win as Forest relegation battle got a setback.
With 50 points from 34 matches, Brentford are ninth in the English Premier League table and trail the least European place spot by four points.
The Bees will visit Anfield stadium to face Liverpool on the sixth of May.
