Nigeria and Genk striker, Tolu Arokodare, has revealed that despite his impressive performances this season, he is still focused on improving his professionalism and overall career development.
Arokodare has been in exceptional form for the Belgian side, scoring 19 goals and providing 5 assists across all competitions.
His goal-scoring prowess has not gone unnoticed, as he was included in the Super Eagles’ squad for the upcoming 2026 FIFA World Cup qualifiers against Rwanda and Zimbabwe.
However, despite his success, the 24-year-old striker remains humble and self-aware, acknowledging that he is still far from reaching his full potential.
“Although I am certainly not where I want and need to be, because if I am honest with myself, my professionalism is one of my biggest areas of improvement,” Arokodare told Het Belang van Limburg.
Arokodare’s dedication to self-improvement suggests that he has a long way to go in his career and is committed to reaching the highest level of professionalism and performance.
