Fulham are ramping up their interest in Samuel Chukwueze, with the Premier League side keen to strike a deal before the close of the summer transfer window.
The Nigerian winger’s future at AC Milan has been clouded with uncertainty, as he continues to struggle for consistent game time since arriving from Villarreal in 2023.
Despite being Milan’s most expensive signing that summer, Chukwueze’s opportunities have been limited due to Christian Pulisic’s impressive form on the right flank.
According to transfer insider Matteo Moretto, Fulham have intensified their pursuit in recent hours and are expected to formalize their interest with a permanent bid.
However, Milan’s stance remains firm — the Rossoneri are holding out for between €20–25 million, a valuation that has so far stalled negotiations.
Chukwueze, who has previously been on Fulham’s radar since the January window, could be tempted by the prospect of regular Premier League football.
Whether Fulham are prepared to meet Milan’s asking price may determine if the deal crosses the line before deadline day.
