Gift Emmanuel Orban: Nigeria young sensation wins double honours in Norway

One of the Nigeria’s brightest football exports plying his trade in Norway, Gift Emmanuel Orban has continued to keep himself on the headlines for positive reviews following his fine form in the European nation.
The 20-year-old Orban playing for Stabæk Fotball has capped up an impressive season with two individual awards as top scorer and best young player of the season in the Norwegian OBOS-Ligaen.
The talented forward scored 16 goals for Stabæk and also claimed the Norwegian OBOS-Ligaen Golden Shoe Award.
Orban was also instrumental for his club as his goals and assists contributed to Stabaek’s promotion to the Eliteserien league campaign next season.
The petite forward had his first run out as a professional footballer with Bison FC before teaming up with Stabæk Fotball early this year.
He also started his scoring prowess with a brace each in cup matches against Notodden and Gjøvik-Lyn
The Nigerian forward is regarded as one of the strikers that will strengthen the attack of the Super Eagles in future, but still eligible to make the cut for the country’s U23 team.
