By Oyediji Oluwaseun Babatunde

In a remarkable show of appreciation and encouragement, Hon. Kunle Soname, President of Remo Stars Football Club, has announced a generous reward package to celebrate the outstanding performances of Remo Stars teams across various competitions.

Following Remo Stars’ historic victory in the Nigeria Premier Football League (NPFL), Hon. Soname gifted the team a whopping N25 million in recognition of their hard-earned success and commitment throughout the season.

In addition to the men’s team, the Remo Stars Ladies were also celebrated for their stellar performance, finishing in the top four in only their second season of competition. They were awarded N10 million for their achievement.

Hon. Soname extended his generosity further by awarding N5 million to the Beyond Limits Football Academy, who proudly represented Nigeria on the global stage by clinching the Gothia Cup title in Sweden—a significant international youth football tournament.

Recognizing the unwavering support from the fans, the Remo Stars Supporters Club received N2 million in appreciation of their dedication and passion throughout the season.

In what was the biggest individual highlight of the day, Remo Stars midfielder Olamilekan Adedayo was gifted a brand-new car for his exceptional contributions during the NPFL campaign.

With this commendable gesture, Hon. Soname continues to cement his legacy as a passionate patron of Nigerian football, inspiring excellence at every level of the game.
