“I Know the terrain”- Sanni in positive mood as Kwara United visit Abia Warriors

By Wale Mustapha
Kwara United’s Technical Adviser, Tunde Sanni, is confident of securing a positive result when he leads the Harmony Boys to face his former team, Abia Warriors, on Sunday.
Sanni, who previously managed the Umuahia-based side before joining Kwara United last season, will be looking to record his first away victory with the Ilorin-based club.
He believes that his familiarity with Abia Warriors will give his team a distinct advantage heading into the crucial NPFL clash.
“This is my former home; I know the terrain, and we know ourselves,” Sanni said in a pre-match interview with Kwara United media.
“This is an edge for us over Abia Warriors, and we are hoping to make the best of it.”
Sanni’s insider knowledge of the club’s playing style and environment could be key as he seeks to guide Kwara United to a much-needed victory on the road.
The Harmony Boys will be aiming to build on their form as they take on Abia Warriors in what promises to be an exciting encounter at the Umuihia Township Stadium.
