“I wish I could have gotten Musiala to play for Nigeria”- Genort Rohr

Former gaffer of the Tremendous Eagles of Nigeria, Gernot Rohr, has revealed he tried to persuade Bayern Munich sensation, Jamal Musiala, to play for Nigeria.

Musiala was born in Germany to a Nigerian father and a British mom.

The ahead determined to put on the jersey of Germany at senior stage having beforehand represented the Three Lions in youth stage.

Rohr, who managed the Tremendous Eagles between 2016 and 2021 acknowledged that he tried to persuade the 19-year-old to symbolize the three-time African champions.
