Jennifer Echegini on target as PSG beat Le Mans to Coupe de France semifinals

Nigeria’s Jennifer Echegini was one of the goal scorers as France’s women’s top flight, PSG, thrashed La Mans 4-0 in the quarter-final of Coupe de France.

The former Juventus player opened scoring for the Parisien in the second minute of play.

United States Women’s National Team (USWNT) player, Korbin Albert doubled the lead for the travelers in the 14th minute.

Grace Geyoro made it 3-0 while Romee Leuchter completed the goals in the 76th minute.

Echegini, who has scored two goals in this season’s Coupe de France women, was replaced by Brennskag-Dorsin in the 69th minute.

PSG will face either Lille or Saint Etienne in the semi-final.

Before that, they have a league match against Montpellier at home on February 15, 2025.
