The Super Falcons attacking midfielder broke the deadlock in the 72nd minute, giving PSG the advantage after a closely contested encounter.
PSG doubled their lead eight minutes later through Elimbi Gilbert, putting the hosts firmly in control of the match.
However, Marseille responded quickly as Perret pulled a goal back in the 83rd minute, setting up a tense finish to the game.
Another Super Falcons star, Rasheedat Ajibade, also featured in the encounter, playing 45 minutes for PSG.
The victory lifts PSG to third place on the league table with 32 points, strengthening their push in the race for the top positions in the French women’s league.
