Kenneth Omeruo bemoans lack of stability in Super Eagles

Nigeria defender, Kenneth Omeruo has bemoaned the lack of stability in the technical crew of the national team.
There have been speculations surrounding the future of Jose Peseiro at the Super Eagles with the Nigeria Football Federation (NFF) opting to use Augustine Eguavoen for the AFCON qualifier against Sao Tome and Principe.
Omeruo lauded the talent at the disposal of Nigeria which he believes should be fully harnessed by having a stable technical crew that will guide the players.
The 29 year old defender is surprised the Eagles don’t know their coach preceding the AFCON qualifier in Uyo.
“When it comes to talent, Nigeria have amazing players. Even those that are on the bench in the national team go to their club sides and bang in goals week in, week out,” Omeruo was quoted by Brila FM.
“We need to have a stable technical crew. A technical crew will take us to where we are supposed to be and give us exactly (Guidance) that we get in Europe.
“We do not even know who will be the coach in the next game. It’s crazy and it has to be fixed.”
Nigeria have already sealed a place at the 2024 AFCON in Ivory Coast with a game remaining to play for.
