Ndidi and Iheanacho gain Premier League promotion with Leicester City

Nigeria duo Wilfred Ndidi and Kelechi Iheanacho have gained promotion to top-flight English Premier League for the 2024/2025 season.
Their club, Leicester City has secured one of the two automatic tickets from the second-tier English Championship after their closest rival, Leeds United suffered a 4-0 loss to Queens Park Rangers (QPR) on Friday.
Goals from Ilias Chair, Lucas Andersen, Lyndon Dykes, and Sam Field lifted QPR to a comfortable victory.
Leeds occupy the second position with 90 points after 45 games win a game remaining.
Leicester City have two more games to play with 94 points at the top of the log.
This means an automatic ticket for the Foxes.
They will face Preston and Blackburn Rovers in their last two games of the season.
Iheanacho has scored five goals with an assist in the Championship so far.
Ndidi on his path contributed four goals with five assists for the Foxes in the Championship this season.
