Nigeria-eligible star Michael Folorunsho scoops Serie A Goal of the Month award

Nigeria eligible player, Michael Folorunsho has won the Serie A’s Goal of the Month for February.

The Hellas Verona midfielder fantastic strike in the 2-2 draw with Juventus won him the award in style.

Folorunsho scored a remarkable volley just outside the 18 yard box to give his side the lead against Juventus in the 56th minute, which won him the Serie A goal of the month of February.

The 26-year-old midfielder is on loan from Napoli while blazing high with Hellas Verona.

The creative midfielder is born to Nigeria parents in Italy and he’s eligible to represent the Super Eagles and the Azzuri.

Hellas Verona are in the drop zone on the Italian log with 23 points from 27 matches and will face Lecce in their next game on Sunday, March 10.
