Nigeria-Eligible Tosin Adarabioyo set to join Chelsea after Fulham exploits

Nigeria-eligible defender Tosin Adarabioyo is set to join Chelsea at the start of the new English Premier League (EPL) season, according to Nigeriafootball.ng.
The talented and tall defender has concluded his three-year contract with Fulham and opted not to renew it.
Chelsea and Newcastle had been major contenders to secure the former Manchester City player’s services. Adarabioyo has now agreed to join Chelsea, becoming the first signing for new coach Enzo Maresca, who was announced this week.
Transfer expert Fabrizio Romano confirmed the move, stating, “Tosin Adarabioyo to Chelsea, here we go! Initial approach one month ago and verbal agreement reached today. Medical tests have also been booked, set to take place next week. Documents set to be signed after medical, if all goes to plan.”
Adarabioyo’s arrival is anticipated to strengthen Chelsea’s defense as they prepare for the upcoming season.
