By Oyediji Oluwaseun Babatunde

The Nigeria National League (NNL) has confirmed that its 2025 Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held in Kaduna State on Wednesday, 10 September 2025, at the Fifth Chukker Resort, KM 2 Kaduna–Jos Road, Maraba Jos.

This was confirmed in a circular signed by NNL Chief Operating Officer, Danlami Alanana to clubs.

Club representatives and officials are expected to arrive on Tuesday, 9 September 2025, ahead of the meeting scheduled to commence at 10:00 am.

Speaking on the preparations, NNL Chief Operating Officer, Alanana, emphasized that only the top hierarchy of club management – specifically the Chairman or General Manager – will be permitted to attend.

“This measure is to ensure quality deliberations and meaningful interactions during the AGM. Sending representatives on behalf of either of these categories will not be accepted,” Alanana noted.

The NNL also confirmed that accommodation arrangements have been made for each club representative, while a full list of clubs expected at the AGM has been circulated to stakeholders.

The Kaduna State Government has partnered with the league to successfully host this important convergence of football administrators, where key issues concerning the growth and development of the NNL will be discussed.
