Nigerian prodigy Oluwashola Ogundana seals four-year deal with Dynamo Kyiv

Highly rated Nigerian winger Oluwashola Ogundana has joined Ukrainian giants Dynamo Kyiv, signing a four-year contract that represents another bold step in his fast-rising career.

The 20-year-old began his football journey at the Remo Stars Academy (Beyond Limit) before sealing a move to Brazilian powerhouse Flamengo in 2023.

At Flamengo, Ogundana rose quickly through the ranks, shining for both the U20s and senior team, and collecting an impressive six trophies. His haul included the Brazilian Cup, two Copa Libertadores titles, two U20 Intercontinental Cups, and the Campeonato Carioca.

Across his spell in Brazil, the young winger contributed 10 goals and 7 assists, highlighting his growing influence and attacking quality.

Known for his flair, pace, and creativity in the final third, Ogundana has been tipped as one of the brightest prospects to emerge from Remo Stars’ production line in recent years.

With Dynamo Kyiv’s reputation for nurturing young talents into global stars, his arrival is expected to excite fans while further strengthening Nigerian representation in European football.
