Lobi Stars gaffer, Mohammed Baba Ganaru vows never to reveal secret behind the recent impressive form of his team in the Nigeria Premier Football League (NPFL) following a goalless draw at Nigeria Tornadoes on Sunday.
The Benue Boys were held Niger Tornadoes to a goalless draw in the last time out and Ganaru opened up on the club’s set objectives, while stressing that his target is finish among the first three and qualify for the NPFL super 6.
“We thank God for the maximum three points, you know the boys are doing very well to be sincere, we are on course. We have a set objectives and we want to achieve it,” Ganaru told media.
“Week in, week out, the boys are improving. The target is to finish within the first three and then to go for the super six that’s the set objective. As I said earlier we are on course, I am very optimistic that we are going to finish in the first three by the special grace of God.
“The issue of saying secret I don’t think it’s something we will just come up in the media and say this is our secret, on our side, we will continue to do our best.”

Lobi Stars top the NPFL abridged group B with 13 points from six matches deriving four wins, one draw and one lose in the process, tied on points with only Rivers United but seperated by a goal difference in Group B table.
