NPFL: Kun Khalifat v Kano Pillars fixture brought forward to 4pm
The Nigeria Premier Football League has moved the kick-off time for Friday’s Matchday 12 meeting between Kun Khalifat FC and Kano Pillars from 6pm to 4pm.
The league organisers confirmed the change but did not provide a reason for the revised schedule.
The match will be played at the Dan Anyiam Stadium in Owerri, where Kun Khalifat FC will be seeking a response after losing 1-0 to Enyimba last week. The result extended their wait for a return to winning form.
Kano Pillars, meanwhile, are aiming to make it four matches unbeaten as they look to continue their encouraging run in the NPFL.
Nine matches are scheduled to take place at different venues across the country this weekend.
