NPFL: Sunday Megwo reveals how Abia Warriors saw off Plateau United

Abia Warriors striker Sunday Megwo has credited his team’s determination and unity for their impressive 3-1 victory over Plateau United in their Nigeria Premier Football League (NPFL) encounter.
Megwo, who scored one of the goals in the match, has now tallied three goals in eight games this season.
Reflecting on the win, he praised his teammates for their incredible performance and expressed optimism about building on their success.
“We knew this was going to be a tough match against a strong opponent like Plateau United,” Megwo told media.
“But we were prepared and played as a team. Everyone contributed to the victory, from the defenders to the attackers.”
He added, “We’re happy to get the three points and will keep moving forward,” emphasizing the team’s commitment to continued improvement in the league.
