NWFL Premiership: Chisom Henry set high standard for Delta Queens

Delta Queens dependable defender, Chisom Henry has set a high standard for the club in the Nigeria Women Football League (NWFL) Premiership this season.
The Asaba based side were crowned champions for the fifth time in their history last season.
The former Edo Queens defender revealed how determined she and her teammates her to make history once again this season, stressing that the club is ready to have another great outing.
“I am prepared and determined for the new season and also my team is equally prepared in terms of everything required,” Chisom told nigeriafootball.ng exclusively.
“And by the grace of God who helped us to be the Champions last season, we will still retain the trophy this new season with a great start on Tuesday.
“Last season was great and we are fully prepared by our coaches and management to have a great performance again.”
Delta Queens will trade tackles with Ekiti Queens in the official NWFL Premiership opening game of the season at the Oluyemi Kayode stadium on Tuesday, November 14.
