OFFICIAL: Adewale Adeyinka joins Plateau United from Kwara United

Nigerian goalkeeper Adewale Adeyinka has completed a move from Kwara United to fellow Nigeria Premier Football League (NPFL) side Plateau United ahead of the new season.

The home-based Super Eagles shot-stopper has signed a two-year contract with the Peace Boys, marking a fresh start after his successful two-year stint with the Harmony Boys.

Adeyinka had an impressive campaign last season, featuring in the majority of matches for Kwara United.

Notably, he previously set the record for the most clean sheets in a single NPFL season while leading Akwa United to the title in 2021, a record that was recently surpassed by Insurance’s Amas Obasogie last season.
