Ola Aina Targets Victory as Hull City Takes on Championship Leaders Wolves

In the anticipation of tonight’s Championship clash against league leaders Wolves, Nigerian defender Ola Aina has rallied his teammates to adopt a positive mindset for the challenging encounter. Aina, currently on loan from Chelsea, emphasizes the significance of self-belief as Hull City aims to capitalize on their recent commendable performance.

Following a goalless draw against promotion-chasing Aston Villa last Saturday, the Tigers maintained their strong home form at the KCOM Stadium, with just one defeat in their last 11 games in all competitions. However, their away record this season tells a different tale, with only three wins on the road.

Aina acknowledges the formidable prowess of Wolves, led by manager Nuno Espírito Santo, who currently tops the Championship table with an impressive run of form. Undeterred, Aina highlights the unpredictable nature of the Championship, emphasizing that any team can emerge victorious.

“It will be a tough one, but it is not one that we are thinking is out of our hands. We can go there and do a job – we firmly believe that,” Aina stated optimistically, affirming the team’s confidence in their ability to produce a compelling performance and secure a positive result.

Hull City presently occupies the 18th position in the 24-team Championship table, and Aina, having made 37 appearances for the club in the Championship this season, is poised to contribute to the team’s aspirations for a triumphant outcome.
