Paris 2024 Olympic Qualifier: Time and where to watch Super Falcons vs South Africa
By Monsurah Olatunji

The Nigeria women’s national team will welcome South Africa to the MKO stadium, Abuja, on Friday, April 5, 2024, for their last Olympic qualifying round.
The Super Falcons earned a place in the last qualifying round by defeating Cameroon and Ethiopia.
On the other hand, Banyana Banyana defeated Tanzania and DR Congo in the previous qualifying rounds.
Both sides are no strangers to each other as they have met on 13 occasions with the Super Falcons currently leading the head-to-head with a 6-2-4 win-draw-loss record.
Interestingly, Banyana Banyana won three of the last four skirmishes between these sides. They defeated the Super Falcons en route to their first Women’s Africa Cup of Nations (WAFCON) title two years ago.
Meanwhile, both teams have kept four clean sheets in their last five respective matches, conceding just once in that stretch.
While the Super Falcons registered 12 goals in their last five matches, Banyana Banyana scored nine times in that five-game stretch.
The victor of the two legs in early April will compete in the Women’s Olympic Football Tournament, which will begin in Paris on July 16 and feature 15 other senior women’s teams from across the world.
The first leg will be played on Friday, April 5, at the MKO Abiola National Stadium in Abuja.
The match will kick off at 4 p.m. at the spectacular venue in the capital city of Nigeria.
Nigerians can catch all the action live on NTA Sports 24, DSTV and the official YouTube platform of the Nigeria Football Federation, while fans from South Africa can tune into SABC Sport for live coverage of this match.
