Paris 2024: World champions Spain unveil Olympic squad ahead of Nigeria clash

Head coach of Spain’s women’s national team, Montse Tomé, has released her final roster for the Olympic Games in Paris, France, this month. The Spanish National Team has made history by selecting a team to compete in the Olympic Games for the first time.
This Wednesday, the official channels of the Spanish Women’s National Football Team on social media announced the list of 22 players (18 main squad and 4 alternates) who will travel to France to represent Spain.
On July 17, following the two qualifying matches for Euro 2025 against the Czech Republic and Belgium, the final training camp for the Olympic Games will commence. The team will depart for France on July 21, heading to Nantes to begin their quest for Olympic glory.
Spain, or La Roja, will compete in Group C alongside Japan, Nigeria, and Brazil.
