Peter Olayinka hits 15th goal of the season in Slavia Praha win over Viktoria Plzen

Nigerian forward Peter Olayinka scored the equalizing goal to inspire Slavia Praha to a 2-1 comeback win over Viktoria Plzeñ in the Czech Republic Fortuna Liga encounter.

Olayinka found the back of the net with a header in the 50th minute of play, to level the scores at 1-1, before the turnaround was completed.

The Nigeria international had agreed to a transfer in the summer to play in the Serbian top flight and he will from July 1, 2023, join Red Star Belgrade.

However his passion and dedication for Czech champions, Slavia Praha is still top-notch as he keeps delivering his best on the pitch when called upon.

The 27-year-old left winger has 15 goals to his name in all competitions this season to help Slavia Praha presently sit at the top of the log with just two points ahead of city rivals Sparta Prague after 23 rounds of games.
