Rivers United midfielder Albert Korvah glad to make Liberia debut

Rivers United midfielder, Albert Korvah is ecstatic to have made his international debut for Liberia.
The midfielder was on the Leone Stars roster that lost 3-1 to Ghana in a friendly encounter on Tuesday night.
Korvah expressed excitement over the international exposure that he has envisioned for so many years.
”I’m very much delighted to have made my debut for the senior national team,” he told media.
“This is something that I envisioned for years. I’m happy that my dream was fulfilled.”
Korvah joined Rivers United from Liberian side, Watanga FC in 2022 for an undisclosed fee after Impressive performance in the CAF Champions League.
The Pride of Rivers finished in third place in the Nigeria Premier Football League (NPFL) last season to cement a in the continental tournament.
They will start their campaign in the CAF Confederations Cup against Etoile Filante on Saturday September 16 at the Municipal Stadium Yamoussoukro.
