Napoli President Aurelio De Laurentiis is willing to offer a discount to Paris Saint-Germain to facilitate the transfer of Victor Osimhen.

The two clubs are currently in talks regarding the striker’s move to PSG.

Osimhen’s contract includes a €130m release clause, which has deterred other potential buyers.

However, Napoli is eager to sell the Nigerian international to raise funds for new manager Antonio Conte’s desired reinforcements.

De Laurentiis is open to negotiating a minor discount on Osimhen’s release clause to reach an agreement with PSG, according to Corriere dello Sport.

Osimhen has reportedly agreed to a five-year contract with PSG, worth €14m net per season.

The deal would see him join the Ligue 1 champions and become one of the highest-paid players in the league.

Napoli’s willingness to negotiate the price is a significant development in the transfer saga. It shows the club’s desire to sell Osimhen and bring in new players to strengthen their squad.

The potential transfer of Osimhen to PSG would be a significant move in the summer transfer window. It would also demonstrate Napoli’s commitment to rebuilding their team under new manager Antonio Conte.
