Stephen Odey: Former NPFL striker set to join Turkish club from Randers

Stephen Odey, one of the standout talents to emerge from the Nigeria Premier Football League (NPFL), is currently in talks with Turkish club Göztepe about a potential summer move from Danish side Randers FC.
Göztepe, having secured promotion to the Turkish Süper Lig last season, is looking to bolster their squad, and Odey is a key target.
The 26-year-old former MFM FC striker is currently valued at around €1 million by Transfermarkt.
Last season, he made 32 league appearances for Randers, scoring four goals. Odey has also previously played for FC Zürich, KRC Genk, and Amiens SC.
Odey began his European career with FC Zürich in 2017 after leaving MFM FC, and he netted 12 goals in 45 appearances for the Swiss club.
His potential move to Göztepe could provide a new platform for him to showcase his talent in one of Europe’s competitive leagues.
