Sunday Oliseh advises Victor Osimhen to ditch Napoli over TikTok mockery

Nigeria legend Sunday Oliseh has advised Victor Osimhen to leave Napoli following the mockery video on the club’s TikTok account in the wake of his penalty miss against Bologna.

Osimhen had the chance to give the Serie A champions a win from the spot on Sunday, but fluffed his lines, sending his kick wide. Following his miss, the club took to their TikTok account to troll the Nigerian striker.

Although, the post was belatedly deleted as Nigerians and football fans had jammed the comment section with corresponding responses, with many saying Napoli disrespected a man who spearheaded their first Serie A title in 33 years. However, the damage had already been done.

Reacting to the development, Oliseh took to his X account to quote Fabrizio Romano’s tweet concerning the issue.

“Forever proud to be Nigerian; One must show personality, work hard & refuse to be intimidated,” the Nigeria legend wrote.

“Let racists and ingrates talk! That’s why they are eternal losers who secretly wish they were created like you! Osimhen needs to leave Napoli as soon as yesterday!!”
