Sunday Oliseh singles out De Bruyne for Champions League praise despite Real loss

Former Nigeria star, Sunday Oliseh has heaped praise on Kelvin De Bruyne for his incredible performance despite Manchester City’s UEFA Champions League clash against Real Madrid.

Oliseh singled out De Bruyne for his crucial equalizing goal that ultimately led to a penalty shootout.

At the end of 120 minutes, the tie between the two European heavyweights remained level at 4-4 aggregate.

Sadly, Bernardo Silva and Mateo Kovacic missed for City as they were eliminated from the competition.

Despite the result, the Nigerian pays tribute to Belgian international Kelvin De Bruyne for his pivotal role. 

In response to De Bruyne’s performance, Oliseh took to his social media platform, X to praise Man City’s captain, acknowledging his exceptional abilities as a player.

“[Kelvin] De Bruyne!!! What a player,” he wrote.
