Victor Osimhen addresses speculation over Juventus move

By Monsurah Olatunji

Nigeria international Victor Osimhen has spoken out regarding the growing speculation surrounding his future, particularly the rumors linking him with a move to Juventus.

Currently on loan at Galatasaray from Napoli, the 25-year-old striker has attracted interest from several top European clubs, with Juventus being one of the main suitors.

With his loan spell set to end, Osimhen’s name is expected to be among the most talked-about in the upcoming summer transfer window.

The forward had a turbulent transfer saga last summer, with Chelsea coming close to securing his signature before the deal ultimately fell through.

Despite the rumors, Osimhen is yet to make a final decision on his future, though he has confirmed he will not be returning to Napoli for the upcoming season as he is expected to leave with a year left on his contract.

“At the moment, I don’t know. Until a few months ago, no one would have even thought about Galatasaray, and many even thought I would leave in January. I personally live for the moment,” Osimhen told Tuttomercatoweb.

The 25-year-old also expressed his affection for his current club, Galatasaray, stating, “I am in love with these fans. I love this club, the president, the staff, and I love everyone associated with Galatasaray.

“For me, it is truly a privilege to be here, and I am enjoying this experience.”

While Osimhen’s future remains uncertain, the striker has continued to impress in Turkey, adding to his growing reputation as one of Europe’s most sought-after talents.
