“We made it an easy win” – Ikorodu City boss reacts to Enugu Rangers loss

Coach Bright Ozebagbe of Ikorodu City expressed his disappointment following his team’s 1-0 loss to Enugu Rangers in a rescheduled Matchday Two encounter on Wednesday.
The defeat came from a first-half strike by Chinemerem Ugwueze, allowing the reigning Nigeria Premier Football League (NPFL) champions to secure the victory.
Ozebagbe praised his players for their effort but acknowledged that they made it too easy for Rangers.
“Sad, we made it an easy win for Rangers, the expectation from Rangers from the game was to be more than what we saw,” Ozebagbe said in a post-match interview.
“We will go back and work the players in places where we could have made a better decision in the final third.”
Ikorodu City will next face Nasarawa United at home on Sunday.
