“We promise to do more”, Magin assures Tornadoes’ fan after win over Shooting Stars

Technical Adviser of Niger Tornadoes, Mohammed Magin has promised to sustain the team’s performances after their commanding 2-0 home win over Shooting Stars on Sunday. 

A goal in each half from Joseph Godstime and Rickson Mendos handed the Ikon Allah Boys their first home win of the Nigeria Premier Football League, NPFL season. 

The Minna based club have been on the ascendancy with their impressive away records but yet to replicate that with home games. 

Magin who commended the fans for their patience and support stated that the team would build on the recent success. 

“This was as a result of the collective effort of all sundry and thank the fans for being patient.

“We are going to work more, so that we will continue to get more results especially at home to complement our results away from home.

“We appreciate the fans and supporters for keeping the faith in the team and we are assuring them of an improved performance especially in our home games,” Magin told Tornadoes’ media. 

Up next for the Minna based club is another home game against Akwa United at the Bako Kotangora Stadium.
