? Season 2022/23: Key dates

The countdown to the brand new Premier League season has formally began following the publishing of the 2022/23 fixtures. 

Forward of the brand new marketing campaign, listed here are key dates of all competitions, deadlines, and potential finals.

FA Group Defend 

The annual home curtain-raiser, the FA Group Defend sees the Premier League winners tackle the FA Cup winners.

Accordingly, Man Metropolis face Liverpool at Leicester Metropolis’s King Energy Stadium on 31 July, kick-off 19:00 (EAT).

Summer time switch window

The summer time 2022 switch window for Premier League golf equipment opened on 10 June 2022 and can shut at 23:00 (UK) on 1 September.

Premier League fixtures

The brand new season kicks off on Friday, August 5, with the primary match at Selhurst Park as Crystal Palace entertains Arsenal. 

The season will conclude on 28 Might.

UEFA Champions League 

The scheduled dates for the group stage fixtures are:

• 7 September
• 14 September
• 5 October
• 12 October
• 26 October
• 2 November

The ultimate can be on 10 June 2023 at Atatürk Olympic Stadium, Istanbul.

World Cup

The World Cup begins on 21 November and can finish on 18 December with the World Cup last on the Lusail Stadium, Qatar.

FA Cup

The FA Cup third spherical is scheduled for 7 January 2023 and the third and fourth rounds will characteristic replays if crucial.

The FA Cup last will happen on Saturday, 3 June at Wembley Stadium.

Carabao Cup 

Most Premier League groups will enter the Carabao Cup on the third spherical stage which is scheduled for Wednesday, 9 November.

The ultimate will happen at Wembley Stadium on Sunday, 26 February.

Takes place between Wednesday 6 July and Sunday 31 July.
